Welcome to The ARK, a nonprofit organization under New Horizon Ministries, Inc. dedicated to community empowerment, restoration and transformation. The ARK serves children, youth, families, and the elderly in the Greater Jackson area through creative arts, sports, fitness, education and other programming. Our mission is to provide a safe space that nurtures and fosters personal development, community, and growth for those we serve.
At The ARK, we have a diverse offering of programming structured to meet participant needs and interests. Programming ranges from basketball and other sports to fitness to academics and arts to exposure to youth and professional development opportunities, touching upon the comprehensive health and wellbeing of our participants.
